knotical is an exhibition at welcome home in glasgow by lynn cockburn. lynn has just finished a residency there where she has been experimenting with macrame and the large scale hangings and interactive work she has created are stunning, using a colour palate of mainly whites: inspired by ageing spines of books.a talented knitwear designer with a fabby label called a minute silence, she is interested in almost every traditional handcraft method and always curious to work in areas she is not accustomed to.
